    The Panel Interview Facilitator is the strategic advisor responsible for the on-site preparation and coordination of both panel interviewers and candidates before, during and after the in-person interviews for one of Cielo's premier clients. These interviews take place at several locations throughout the United States. Additionally, the Panel Facilitator will act as a collaborative partner and brand ambassador to the client team. The Panel Facilitator will be responsible for scheduling, preparing documents, follow up communications and special projects as assigned by the Client Services Manager.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Serve as a strategic talent acquisition panel facilitator and advisor to the hiring leader and business unit/s assigned.
    • Typically travel 1-2 days per week 3-4 weeks per month. However this may decrease or increase based on business needs.
    • Manage candidate and client communications: coordinate set-up of interview rooms, including materials distribution, and act as facilities contact at hotel.
    • Serve as the external client representative while engaging with candidates.
    • Meet and greet interviewers and candidates. This may include a briefing candidates on review of the role, interview format, revisit relocation and mobility requirements for the roles, coach, and discuss company career development opportunities.
    • Review interview plans with interviewers and interviewees.
    • Review interview techniques and requirements. Provide interview guidance and intervention as needed.
    • Facilitate post-interview candidate debriefs and ratings discussion with client, including resolving conflicting ratings and opinions regarding candidates.
    • Schedule phone, video and in-person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
    • Arrange travel, transportation, accommodation, and document preparation.
    • Special projects as assigned by Client Services Manager.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

     

    Education:

    • High school diploma required.

    Experience:

    • Experience in talent acquisition or event planning/coordination is required.
    • Experience in an Administrative/Support capacity required.

    Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    • Professionalism and a polished demeanor, yet comfortable and personable.
    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to travel multiple times per month (as needed throughout US).
    • Ability to provide interviewer and candidate coaching for preparation.
    • Diligent time management skills to keep interview schedule on time and is a time keeper for interview process at panels.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
