    The Finance/Accounting Intern works with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial information for both internal and external users.  As an important member of the Finance team, this position is expected to interact and work closely with other members of the Finance organization globally, to support the development of consistent, scalable and sustainable processes that meet the needs of our fast growing, global organization.


    This is a limited term employee (LTE) position. LTE means that the duration of this assignment is based on the needs of the client, however there is no end date in mind and overall this is a great role to gain experience and offers a great deal of growth potential!



    • Assists in development of monthly information and analysis for operations leaders, operations teams and upper management.
    • Performs variance analysis on financial statement line items and provides commentary on the results to support the monthly financial reporting package.
    • Lends assistance to FP&A and Accounting teams in preparation of special projects, analysis, and other various tasks. 
    • Completes journal entries and performs account reconciliations for various balance sheet line items. 
    • Assists in analysis of Time and Expense Reports.
    • Assists in the accounts payable process.
    • Communicates with employees about financial reporting timelines.




    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.


    • Previous experience in an office environment.

    Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time.
    • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Hands on, self-starting, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual with ability to work independently in a high-volume environment that requires a work product that is highly accurate and timely.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word).
