    The Marketing Coordinator is a critical member of the North America and Global Marketing team, responsible for contributing to innovative campaigns that promote Cielo’s brand and drive new leads to sales. The Marketing Coordinator will gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of marketing communications by supporting critical department projects, regional and global team members and colleagues across the business. The person in this role would be detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have superior communication and organization skills, and be capable of effectively managing many projects at the same time.


    • Provide high-touch customer service to support the marketing team to accomplish their strategic goals.
    • Create, cleanse, or append targeted lists for marketing outreach and to meet database quality standards.
    • Support tradeshow and event execution including documentation, packing and shipping.
    • Assist with promotional item coordination through inventory and online e-store management.
    • Organize, track, and report team accomplishments against department goals.
    • Draft internal marketing communications and PowerPoint presentations.
    • Monitor industry and competitor publications and perform internet research to produce market intelligence reports on target markets, industries, and competition.



    • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred in a related field – i.e. Communications, Marketing, Journalism).


    • Minimum of 1-year business experience, preferably in a marketing or sales department or administrative role.

    Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet searching/research.
    • Strong business acumen, with a focus on customer service.
    • Critical thinking capability, with the ability to creatively solve problems.
    • Extremely detail orientation.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, consistently meeting deadlines while adjusting to changing priorities with some increased hours as needed.
    • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) a plus.
