    The Senior Manager – Delivery: Brand, Digital & Communications, in conjunction with the SVP & VP of Brand, Digital & Communications, will design and enable delivery strategy and capability across the regions in addition to managing relevant delivery team members. The role will execute brand & digital practices, operations, processes and reporting in order to:

    • Support the Brand & Digital 2018 and Cielo 2020 vision by building scalable and sustainable operating models that enable service delivery and sales growth across regions.
    • Maximize operational efficiency to enhance client service and drive profitability.
    • Inspire our teams through creating an operations environment that supports and enables high performance.
    • Free up Brand leaders to focus on growth.

    This key role will be successful through partnering with Cielo stakeholder groups and external customers to ensure the development and delivery of world class Employer Brand and Talent Marketing solutions.


    With a passion for great results, the Senior Manager - Delivery will monitor and improve client satisfaction, Cielo program efficiency, risk management and compliance - ensuring the client partnership goals are met.

    Key responsibilities

    • Analysis of Operating Model including roles and accountabilities, processes, systems etc. to provide recommendations to Senior Leaders.
    • Visualizes, develops and implements delivery plan to ensure Cielo achieves the optimum value from the Brand, Digital & Communications function.
    • Ownership of brand & digital playbooks in conjunction with relevant SME leaders.
    • Custodian of GP Calculators, invoicing, timesheets and reporting.
    • Actively and regularly reviews financial forecast and performance against budget; identifies and proposes opportunities to drive maximum efficiency and leverages profitability of team to best effect.
    • Ensure compliance - e.g. GDPR, proposals, SOW/MSAs, KPIs, imagery rights.
    • Supplier management such as creative freelancers and their invoicing with Cielo.
    • Manage the general workflow of the team and delegate job assignments with Leaders including capacity planning, traffic management of creative briefs to partner network.
    • Manage resource utilization through regular account planning rhythms with Client Service leaders.
    • Perform a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing, and developing employees.
    • Mentor and guide team members through operational processes to ensure adoption and adherence.
    • Enabler of client reporting and governance (KPIS, SLAs etc) in conjunction with relevant client service and SME leaders/contributors.
    • Act as escalation point for the business to ensure internal and external client satisfaction.
    • Acts as a credible subject matter expert in employer marketing for internal functions such as Sales and Go to Market.
    • As part of the Cielo Senior Management Team, shares and contributes best practice, thought leadership and leverages expertise from across Cielo to contribute to the achievement and evolution of company- wide goals.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree plus relevant marketing and digital vocational training preferred

    Experience:

    • 7+ years’ experience in leading delivery/operations - preferably within an RPO or employer brand, marketing and communications environment.
    • Fluent with multiple forecasting, budgeting, invoicing management streams.
    • Marketing agency, outsourcing or consulting experience preferred.
    • Expertise in working with data to generate impressive insight and strategy.
    • Extensive experience of client management and service delivery, preferably including resourcing and/or talent management.
    • Previous P&L management experience; forecasting, budgeting, invoicing management streams.
    • Prefer someone located in WI or Chicago area

    Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Digitally curious and savvy.
    • Excellent people management skills.
