    The Talent Business Partner serves as the account manager and strategic advisor for proactive workforce planning and maintains effective community and academic relationships to support building the talent poll for the assigned market. The Talent Business Partner serves as a collaborative partner to the client HR team, the recruitment team and the assigned functional leaders. Assigned to a market, the Talent Business Partner serves as the brand ambassador for the client within the community.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a strategic talent acquisition business advisor to the hiring leader and business unit/s assigned.
    • Consistently assess the client relationships.
    • Support change utilizing change leadership and change management tools for the client relationship as well as the recruitment team.
    • Knowledgeable and present market intelligence to the hiring leaders.
    • Proactively understand business challenges impacting talent acquisition.
    • Conduct workforce planning reviews to the business unit leaders assigned.
    • Communicate future and pending vacancies to the recruitment team based on workforce planning outcomes.
    • Serve as the external client representative for community and academic partners in achieving client recruitment needs.
    • Identify, manage and proactively resolve conflicts related to client relationship.
    • Align with the recruitment service delivery leaders and team to understand outcomes and effectively communicate outcomes as appropriate.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

    Experience:

    • A minimum of five years of experience in human resources with an emphasis in talent acquisition is required.
    • Leadership experience strongly preferred.

    Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    • Knowledgeable of business units assigned.
    • Knowledgeable of market, community and academic resources for assigned client and business function.
    • Ability to assess candidate and process quality using a variety of methods and tools.
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite as well as recruitment technology (ATS, etc.)
