The Technology Support Specialist helps to leverage technology and resolve technical issues in the recruitment process. As an expert in Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting technologies, the Technology Support Specialist will work with internal stakeholders to optimize their use of technology in Talent Acquisition.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the setup and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment technology for internal stakeholders. Cielo uses many different ATS systems, so knowledge of multiple systems is necessary.
  • Independently address and resolve incidents and requests; log all incidents and requests in a Help Desk ticketing system.
  • Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience and provides a single point-of-contact for the customer.
  • Respond to and resolve requests for technical information and training.
  • Participate in new client launches, ensuring alignment of process and technology including system setup and testing, and interfacing with teams to ensure smooth launch.
  • Leverage technology to enhance processes and participate in technology implementations with existing clients.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure seamless process delivery.
  • Champion technology internally across clients, fostering knowledge and optimization of technology to raise the bar throughout the organization.

 

Experience:

  • Must have 1+ years of results-oriented experience in implementing or optimizing systems, solutions, process improvements and analytics.  
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition is highly desirable.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.  Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification preferred.

 

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Expert skills working with one or more Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Internet and other related software.
